We exist because technology decisions in regulated industries carry more weight than most teams realize (until it’s too late). We bring 20+ years of building in those environments (healthcare, defense, and financial services) so our clients don’t have to learn those lessons the hard way.
Why Regulated Industries Are Different
Our founder has spent over 20 years building software in environments where getting it wrong has serious consequences. That’s two decades of designing systems where security isn’t optional, data handling is governed by law, and the architecture has to satisfy both the engineering team and the compliance team.
The last 12 of those years have been focused entirely on healthcare technology, working deep in both the provider and payer spaces. That dual perspective is uncommon. Most consultants and engineers specialize in one side. We’ve built and scaled platforms on both, which means we understand how data actually flows across the ecosystem and where it breaks down.

The name comes from a place where someone learned that the most meaningful work comes from paying close attention to the world around you and building things that matter.
